Join the Scouting Research Panels

Ever wonder how a Merit Badge topic is chosen? Anyone - in Scouting or not - can suggest a topic. Then a committee at national will narrow down the list. The next step is to see what boys think. BSA uses panels of Scouts to help decide what Merit Badges will be developed.
